Today, Wednesday, NEOM's Board of Directors announced its new tourism project, “Serana,” which is located on the coast of the Gulf of Aqaba. This project aims to create a luxurious environment on the beaches, with a focus on sustainability and nature preservation.

“Serana” contains a hotel with 65 rooms as well as 35 residential units, and is characterized by charming, direct views of the sea from multiple angles, and graduated architectural designs consisting of unique columns, seamlessly integrated with the mountains and the coastal environment. This project offers an exceptional experience for visitors to enjoy the beauty of the place, relax and unwind in it.

Serana will also offer unique and innovative experiences for lovers of comfort and luxury in a tranquil environment, as it includes luxurious facilities such as a distinctive beach club and facilities for rejuvenation and health. These facilities will provide an ideal atmosphere for rest.

The main approach to developing “Sirana” revolves around preserving the identity of the place and minimal interference with nature. Serrana's architectural design is influenced by the heritage of the surrounding area, with a commitment to the surrounding mountains and valleys.

Earlier, NEOM announced the development of the new Lija tourist destination, which will include 3 hotels and luxury facilities within a natural oasis between the valleys and mountains in NEOM.

The Lija destination offers tourism and sports experiences, as well as exploratory adventures and various services.
